JYJ member Kim Jaejoong held his solo fan meet in Shanghai, China on December 10th at the Shanghai International Gymnastics Center.
This fanmeet was to repay the fans for their love and support towards his role in the SBS drama "Protect the Boss." The 4,000 tickets for this event were sold out almost immediately after going on sale, and on event day over 1,000 fans who were unable to get tickets stood outside the location despite the cold weather, to show their support for Kim Jaejoong.
Organizers for this fan meeting said that Kim Jaejoong was already very popular in China, and that the charm of his character, Cha Mu Won, only served as a catalyst to his popularity.
During this event, Kim Jaejoong talked about episodes from the filming of "Protect the Boss" and also performed the "Protect the Boss" OST song which he wrote titled, "I’ll Protect You." Other activities in the fan meeting included a question and answer session, a telephone call-out session to lucky fans, and the "cham cham cham" game.
